Khoo Kei Siong 医生是新加坡伊丽莎白医院和鹰阁医院的癌症专科医生。
他是百汇癌症中心的副医务主任，专攻乳腺癌和妇科癌症。
Khoo 医生曾在纽约纪念斯隆-凯特琳癌症中心（Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre）接受乳腺癌高级培训。
在开始私人执业之前，Khoo 医生是国家癌症中心（NCC）的资深顾问和肿瘤学医学部的头部。
他是临床试验和流行病学部门的创始主任，在建立国家癌症中心的临床试验能力方面发挥了重要作用。
Khoo 医生是美国临床肿瘤学会 (American Society of Clinical Oncology) 和欧洲肿瘤内科学会 (European Society of Medical Oncology) 的成员。1998 - 2000 年，他曾担任新加坡肿瘤学会 (Singapore Society of Oncology) 主席。
邱基胜医生曾于 2015 年至 2020 年担任新加坡医学院 (Academy of Medicine) 理事会行政事务助理主事。他还是卫生科学局 (Health Science Authority) 医学咨询委员会的副主席。
