Goh Teck Chong 医生是呼吸内科专科医生，目前在新加坡鹰阁医院执业。Goh 医生的临床意义在于呼吸系统重症监护、支气管镜检查、间质性肺疾病、肺功能测量和睡眠障碍。
在鹰阁医院，Goh 医生一直是医疗咨询委员会 (Medical Advisory Board, MAB)、重症监护小组委员会、证书小组委员会的成员，以及感染控制小组委员会和治疗小组委员会的主席。他还是医院多导睡眠图（睡眠研究）服务的联合主任。
Goh 医生一直担任新加坡国立大学医学本科生的临床教师、医学硕士（内科学）和医学硕士（麻醉学）课程的临床教师和讲师。他还是新加坡医学院（Academy of Medicine）呼吸内科尖端医疗培训生的导师。Goh 医生还担任过护理学院国家注册护士期末考试以及护士研究生重症监护课程的讲师和考官。
1987 年至 1998 年，Goh 医生担任新加坡胸腔协会 (Singapore Thoracic Society) 理事会成员，历任司库、秘书和两届会长。作为 1994 年的主席，他在哮喘协会 (Asthma Association) 的成立过程中发挥了重要作用，并担任该协会的医学顾问。1993 年至 1998 年，Goh 医生是新加坡医学院（Academy of Medicine）呼吸内科专科医生委员会 (Respiratory Medicine Specialty Board) 成员，该委员会负责对呼吸内科医师进行专科认证。1996 年至 2004 年，他先后担任美国胸科医学院 (American College of Chest Physicians, ACCP) 新加坡分院院长和摄政王。
