Saurabh Rastogi 医生是新加坡鹰阁医院的心脏科医生。

Rastogi 医生毕业于印度新德里毛拉纳-阿扎德医学院（Maulana Azad Medical College），随后在美国德克萨斯大学 (University of Texas) 医学分院和卫理公会德巴克心脏与血管中心（Methodist DeBakey Heart & Vascular Center）接受研究生培训。他曾在美国大西雅图地区的哈里森医疗中心（Harrison Medical Center）担任介入心脏病学和心脏衰竭方面的顾问，并帮助建立了先进的心脏衰竭疾病管理项目。在此期间，他获得了Service Excellence Award。

他目前是黄廷方综合医院和国立大学医院的客座顾问。
他获得了美国内科医学委员会 (American Board of Internal Medicine) 颁发的介入心脏病学、心血管内科、尖端心衰竭以及移植医学和内科学的认证。他还获得了美国核心脏病学学会 (American Society of Nuclear Cardiology) 的核心脏病学认证和美国超声心动图学会 (American Society of Echocardiography) 的成人综合超声心动图认证。
