Hwang Siew Yoong Jason 医生是一名耳鼻喉科（ENT）外科医生。
Hwang 医生出生于马来西亚，能说流利的中文和马来语。他 12 岁时获得新加坡政府颁发的东盟奖学金 (ASEAN Scholarshp)，随后在新加坡完成了剩余的学业。在 新加坡国立大学，他获得了 Tan Hiak Kew 奖学金，并于 1996 年完成了医学学位。随后的基础和高级外科培训为他积累了丰富的经验，他曾在新加坡五大医院工作过。
2006 年，凭借新加坡卫生部的奖学金，Hwang 医生在加拿大麦吉尔大学 (McGill University) 和蒙特利尔大学 (University of Montreal) 接受了鼻科学亚专科培训。在那里，他接受了 Martin Desrosiers 教授在疑难鼻窦疾病治疗和复杂内窥镜鼻窦手术方面的培训。2007 年，他随后在德国威斯巴登的鼻科学和过敏中心 (Center for Rhinology and Allergy) 与 Ludger Klimek 教授共事。
Hwang 医生是爱丁堡皇家外科医师学会 (Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh) 会员、格拉斯哥皇家外科医师学会 (Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow) 会员、欧洲鼻科学会 (European Rhinologic Society) 会员和美国鼻科学会 (American Rhinologic Society) 会员。
除了成人和儿童的普通耳鼻喉科工作外，他的亚专科兴趣还包括鼻过敏、免疫疗法、顽固性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉、鼻窦翻修手术、计算机成像引导手术和内窥镜鼻窦肿瘤切除术。
Hwang 医生积极参与临床和研究工作，发表科学论文，并在许多国际和地方会议上发言。Hwang 医生还为《Singapore Medical Journal》撰写评论文章。
除此之外，Hwang 医生还是新加坡卫生部鼻窦炎和过敏性鼻炎指南委员会的成员，并且是美国外科学院 (American College of Surgeons) 高级创伤生命保障课程 (Advanced Trauma Life Support Course)的合格讲师。
