工作经验
Dr Michelle Kam（甘美雪医生）是新加坡格伦伊格尔斯医院的呼吸内科医生。
她专攻呼吸内科，治疗包括哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺病、支气管扩张和慢性咳嗽在内的各种病症。
她还擅长执行支气管镜检查和气管内超声检查。她的临床研究兴趣主要集中在间质性肺疾病和罕见肺部疾病。
她在全美顶尖呼吸道中心——美国国家犹太医学中心（National Jewish Health）完成了间质性肺疾病和罕见肺病的亚专科进修，该中心拥有全美规模最大且最成熟的间质性肺病诊疗项目之一。
在进修期间，她还接受了结节病和肉芽肿性肺病、罕见及囊性肺病（如淋巴管肌瘤病、Birt-Hogg Dube 综合征、肺朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症）、儿童间质性肺病以及肺部遗传学的培训。
在投身私人执业之前，Dr Kam 曾担任遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症治疗中心的副主任，并创立了囊性肺病门诊。她曾参与免疫治疗相关毒性的多学科护理，并参与了呼吸科与风湿科的联合门诊。
她目前担任亚太呼吸学会（APSR）间质性肺病分会的副会长。
Dr Kam 荣获过多个奖项，包括 1975 届书券奖、SingHealth 最佳驻院医生奖和用心服务奖。近期，她还荣获了 2022 年首届新加坡胸科学会青年研究员奖，以及 2025 年 ATS-APSR 旅游奖。她在国际同行评审期刊上发表了多篇论文，并多次受邀在本地、区域和国际会议上担任演讲嘉宾和教职成员。
