Teh Lip Bin 医生是新加坡鹰阁医院的胃肠病专家。他的亚专业化领域是消化内窥镜检查，包括胃肠道检查和内窥镜逆行胰胆管造影术（ERCP）（胰腺炎和胆管检查）。
1975 年，Teh 医生毕业于新加坡国立大学，获得医学学士和外科学士学位。1978 年，他获得新加坡政府奖学金，攻读医学硕士（内科学）。随后，他于 1979 年成为英国皇家内科医师学会 (Royal College of Physicians) 会员。1982 年，Teh 医生还获得新加坡卫生部卫生人力发展计划 (Health Manpower Development Plan) 奖学金，前往英国牛津约翰-拉德克里夫医院 (John Radcliffe Hospital) 接受胃肠病学培训。
Teh 医生曾任新加坡中央医院内科副头部和高级顾问医师。他还被任命为新加坡中央医院内窥镜检查中心的头部。Teh 医生因其出色的服务获得了 Employee Customer Service Award。
Teh 医生的研究兴趣包括吸收不良、炎症性肠道疾病（IBD）、呼气氢试验和乳糖不耐受、腹腔结核、药物引起的胃肠道出血和抗生素相关性腹泻。
