Teo Cheng Peng 医生是一名血液科医生，在新加坡鹰阁医院和伊丽莎白医院执业。
他曾获得新加坡政府颁发的 Public Service Commission 奖学金，在国立大学医院学习医学。
他的临床意义在于血液科和肿瘤学。
他于 1984 年毕业，并于 1987 年完成研究生考试。在另一项奖学金的资助下，他在英国著名癌症中心皇家马斯登癌症医院 (Royal Marsden Hospital) 接受了干细胞移植方面的进一步专业培训。
回国后，Teo 医生在国立大学医院开始了骨髓和外周血干细胞移植项目。1995 年，他又受聘在新加坡中央医院肿瘤内科开展自体干细胞移植治疗实体瘤项目。
在成功实施临床计划后，他继续在鹰阁医院从事干细胞血液病学和肿瘤内科学领域的工作和事业。Teo 医生继续发展他在干细胞领域的兴趣，是新加坡创办自体干细胞库的先驱之一。
Teo 医生是鹰阁医院输血委员会主席。他还是新加坡血液学会（Singapore Society of Haematology）、新加坡骨髓移植计划（Singapore Bone Marrow Donor Programme）、新加坡肿瘤学会（Singapore Society of Oncology）、移植学会9Society of Transplantation)（新加坡）、国际血液和移植工程学会（International Society of Haematology and Graft Engineering）以及国际血液学会（International Society of Haematology）的成员。
