Steve Yang 医生是一名呼吸科医生，在百汇东岸医院、鹰阁医院和伊丽莎白医院执业。
他对呼吸系统重症监护、间质性肺疾病以及终末期肺疾病有着浓厚的兴趣。
他于 1994 年获得新加坡国立大学基础医学学位，随后在新加坡中央医院接受了呼吸内科和重症监护医学培训。
Yang 医生在美国西雅图华盛顿大学医学中心 (University of Washington Medical Center) 接受了重症监护医学和间质性肺疾病的进一步培训。他获得了胸部内科医师学院 (College of Chest Physicians)（美国）、呼吸科医生分会 (Chapter of Respiratory Physicians)（新加坡）和重症监护医师分会 (Chapter of Intensive Care Physicians)（新加坡）的研究员资格。他还持有欧洲重症监护文凭 (European Diploma in Intensive Care)。
Yang 医生是 IRB-D 的主席，IRB-D 是新加坡保健集团集中国际审查委员会 (SingHealth Centralised International Review Board, CIRB) 的一个小组委员会。
他还参与重症监护和间质性肺部疾病的研究，并在本地和海外医学期刊上发表过文章。他是《Singapore Medical Journal》和《Respirology and Respiratory Care》的定期审稿人。
