Note:

Pick up and drop off is at designated stops only.
At Gleneagles Hospital, the pick-up and drop-off point is located outside Urgent Care Centre.
At Mount Elizabeth Orchard, the shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off point is located outside the Grand Lobby (Level 2). From the Hospital Grand Lobby, exit and turn right — the point is on the right side of the main lobby, facing the carpark.
At The Heeren, the taxi drop-off point for The Heeren is at the covered private driveway off Cairnhill Road, which leads to the Office Tower lobby. You can also find a taxi stand outside The Heeren on Orchard Road, specifically near the bus stop before Cairnhill Road.
