- The Gleneagles Hospital Patient Assistance Centre (GPAC) is set up to provide a one-stop service for international patients looking for specialists' expertise, personalised patient care and modern technology at Gleneagles Hospital.
  
  Our dedicated and experienced GPAC staff are professionally trained to provide care and comfort, and to attend to the special needs of patients before, during, and, if necessary, after their visit. We can also provide advice on the estimated cost of treatments and procedures at our hospitals.
  
  Travellers (Vaccinated or Non-Fully Vaccinated) can now travel quarantine-free to Singapore. Learn more about the entry requirements to Singapore.

- Gleneagles Hospital offers a wide range of specialist medical services, both outpatient and inpatient. In accordance to your medical conditions and needs, the hospital will recommend and schedule medical appointments for you with the appropriate specialists and make all the necessary arrangements for your visit.

Transport Arrangements

As a visitor to Singapore, you may not be so familiar with local transports. Our GPAC staff can make your transport arrangements for you so that you can be sure you get to all your appointments on time.

Flight Arrangement & Extension

Should your treatment take longer than expected, GPAC staff will assist you in altering your flight arrangements and extending your visa if required.

Airport Transfer Services by Ambulance/Limousine

Upon request, GPAC staff can arrange for transport from the airport to the hospital or your hotel via ambulance or limousine.

GPAC staff will assist you in locating and reserving a hotel or serviced apartment for the duration of your stay.

Visa Applications and Extension
Visa Application

You will be required to obtain a valid visa prior to your visit to Singapore. For more details on the list of countries that require a visa to enter Singapore, visit the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority (ICA) website.

Short-term Visit Pass Extension

GPAC will assist you in extending your short-term visit pass if your treatment takes longer than anticipated.

We will require the passports of the patient and accompanying visitors in addition to the following:
- Application form for a visit pass (Form)
- Application for extension of stay on medical ground (Form)
- Doctor's letter
Please submit the completed documents to us in person at least one week before the expiration date stated on your visit pass.

The visit pass extension is subject to ICA approval, and administrative charges from ICA may apply.
