Joanna Lin 医生是肿瘤学医学专科医生，目前在新加坡鹰阁医院执业。她的工作包括普通肿瘤学咨询、癌症化疗和癌症筛查。
Lin 医生在英国国王学院医院（King's College Hospital）获得医学学士和外科学士学位（MBBS），曾在伦敦多家教学医院从事普通内科和肿瘤学工作。她是英国皇家内科医师学会 (Royal College of Physicians) 会员、香港内科医师学会 (Hong Kong College of Physicians) 会员、香港内科医学院 (Hong Kong College of Physicians) 院士、新加坡医学院 (Academy of Medicine of Singapore) 院士和香港医学院 (Academy of Medicine of Hong Kong) 院士。
Lin 医生曾任新加坡国立大学医院肿瘤科医学系副顾问，香港中文大学/威尔士亲王医院 (Prince of Wales Hospital) 临床肿瘤学系副教授。
Lin 医生是新加坡医疗保障协会 (Medical Protection Society of Singapore) 的医学法律顾问，也是新加坡医学法律协会 (Singapore Medical Association) 职业赔偿委员会、鹰阁医院继续医学教育 (Continuous Medical Education, CME) 委员会、伊丽莎白医院评审委员会和新加坡肿瘤学学会 (Singapore Society of Oncology) 执行委员会的成员。她撰写过书籍章节，在多家国际期刊上发表过文章，并在许多地区和国际肿瘤学医学研讨会上宣读过论文。
Lin 医生是新加坡肿瘤学会（Singapore Society of Oncology）的活跃委员，该学会为新加坡的肿瘤学医生组织讲座和会议，特别是与来访的海外肿瘤学医生进行交流。她还积极支持新加坡的临终关怀运动，并在阿西西安养院（Assisi Home and Hospice）担任兼职志愿顾问。Lin 医生曾为乳腺癌基金会 (Breast Cancer Foundation) 和新加坡癌症协会 (Singapore Cancer Society) 等患者及其支持团体举办讲座。
