Chua Wei Han 医生是新加坡伊丽莎白医院的眼科医生。
他的临床专长包括白内障手术、青光眼手术、植入式隐形眼镜手术、玻璃体内注射（IVI）、LASIK 眼部手术、矫正近视的屈光手术以及摘除角膜异常组织的翼状胬肉手术。
他在散光、近视、儿科眼部疾病、老花眼、屈光不正和视网膜疾病的治疗方面也很有经验。
Chua 医生是美国白内障与屈光手术学会 (American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery)、欧洲白内障和屈光手术医师学会 (European Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgeons) 以及亚太白内障及屈光手术医师协会 (Asia Pacific Association of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons) 的成员。
他目前是新加坡国立眼科中心的客座顾问、新加坡眼科研究所 (Singapore Eye Research Institute) 的兼职研究科学家和杨潞龄医学院的临床教师。
2003 年，他在第一届 SERI-ARVO 视力与眼科研究会议上荣获临床眼科杰出奖。
他获得的其他荣誉包括：2011 年获得视觉和眼科研究协会 (Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology) 颁发的旅行奖学金；1996 年获得 Ciba-Geigy 颁发的医学学士最高综合能力奖；1996 年获得澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学 (University of Newcastle) 颁发的新加坡毕业班最佳本科成绩奖；1994 年获得 McGraw-Hill 颁发的医学学士最高综合能力奖。
