Billy Tan 医生是新加坡鹰阁医院和伊丽莎白诺维娜医院的眼科医生。
他的临床意义包括普通眼科和白内障手术以及玻璃体视网膜手术。
Tan 医生于 1981 年从新加坡大学毕业后，继续接受眼科专科医生培训，随后获得新加坡政府奖学金，在澳大利亚墨尔本皇家眼耳医院 (Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital) 接受玻璃体和视网膜疾病与手术的亚专业培训。
Tan 医生曾在新加坡国立眼科中心担任眼科医生顾问。
2001 年，他应邀回到国家医疗保健集团 (National Healthcare Group) 的眼科研究所 (The Eye Institute) 担任视网膜手术服务的头部医生，一直工作到 2006 年。2005 年至 2007 年，他还担任伊丽莎白医院医疗顾问委员会成员，2006 年至 2008 年担任新加坡外科医生科学院（College of Surgeons）名誉司库。Tan 医生还是新加坡医学院 (Academy of Medicine) 外科医生学院的理事会成员。
Tan 医生目前是陈笃生医院的客座眼科医生顾问。
