虽然食物中毒是一种比较常见的疾病，但还是有一些简单的方法可以去避免它。以下是常见症状、情况和小贴士的详细介绍，让您远离食物中毒。
症状和来源
有一大堆不同的、听起来很邪恶的细菌、病毒和寄生虫菌株会引起食物中毒。常见的菌株包括在未煮熟的鸡蛋和肉类中发现的沙门氏菌，以及在接触过粪便或污水的食物中发现的大肠杆菌。
无论来源如何，您的症状可能包括：
- 恶心
- 腹泻
- 呕吐
- 发热
- 腹部抽筋
家中食物中毒的原因
#1 未清洗和不干净的烹饪用具
肮脏的环境、不洁的炊具甚至是未清洗的手部都会滋生大量令人讨厌的细菌。保持厨房干净整洁有助于减少这种情况的发生。
如何保持安全：
如果您正在做饭，请务必经常用肥皂洗手。尤其是在接触宠物、上厕所或擤鼻涕之后。
#2 将生食与熟食混合
生肉和未经烹饪的食材可能成为细菌和寄生虫的主要温床，导致食物中毒。
如何确保安全？
使用单独的砧板准备肉类和鱼类等生食。尽量将肉制品放在底层，以免接触或滴落到其他食物上。如果您在外面的火锅店就餐，切记烹饪和用餐时使用不同的餐具。
#3 在不安全的温度下解冻和储存食物（5°C 以上）
将食物保持在安全温度并适当解冻，可以防止有害病菌繁殖。

将冰箱温度保持在 5°C 以下，始终在冰箱、微波炉或冷水中解冻食物，而不是在室温下解冻。
#4 剩菜和过期食品
虽然尽量减少食物浪费对您的钱包很有好处，但一定要避免因食用不再新鲜的食物而危及健康。
如何保持安全：
不要食用超过保质期的食物，即使它看起来和闻起来都很好。煮熟的剩菜应尽快冷却，并在两天内吃完。
外出食物中毒的原因
#5 饮用未经处理的水体
这在电影里可能看起来很浪漫，但在徒步旅行时饮用溪流、湖泊和其他未经处理的水体可能会让您食物中毒。

记得为您的户外之旅准备足够的水。
#6 食品处理不规范
街边小吃固然是一种享受，但也可能对您的肠道造成危害，这取决于您所前往的国家。如果您点餐的摊位看起来脏兮兮的，那么在点烤串之前您可能要三思而后行！

大多数发达国家都有相关机构，如新加坡食品局 （Singapore Food Agency）负责跟踪餐饮店的食品卫生标准。在预订餐桌前，请务必查看食品检查评分。
#7 食用生的或不安全的食物
除了注意周围的环境，还要注意吃进嘴里的食物。某些种类的农产品受污染的风险较高。

- 生肉和鱼类菜肴： 鞑靼牛排或寿司

#8 肮脏的冰块和自来水
