Foo Kian Fong 医生是新加坡伊丽莎白医院和鹰阁医院的肿瘤科医生。
他的临床意义在于胃肠道癌症。
他于 1998 年开始接受肿瘤学医学培训，完成高级培训后于 2001 年成为认证专科医生。2001 年至 2002 年，他曾在墨尔本彼得-麦卡勒姆癌症研究所（Peter McCallum Cancer Institute）接受为期一年的胃肠道癌症培训。
Foo医生曾任国家癌症中心 (National Cancer Centre)肿瘤内科高级顾问。
他还曾在新加坡国立大学 担任医学临床教师。
他是美国临床肿瘤学家协会 (American Society of Clinical Oncologist)、欧洲肿瘤内科医生学会 (European Society of Medical Oncologists) 和香港内科医学院 (Hong Kong College of Physicians) 的会员。
他曾于 2000 年和 2003 年担任新加坡肿瘤学协会 (Singapore Society of Oncology) 委员会成员，并于 2004 - 2008 年担任新加坡国立癌症中心 (National Cancer Centre Singapore) 药房和治疗委员会成员。
