Background

• Dr Jeremy Chow is a cardiologist and electrophysiologist practising at Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore.
• His clinical interests are in arrhythmia management and stroke prevention in atrial fibrillation.
• After completing his general cardiology training, Dr Chow was awarded a Ministry of Health scholarship and completed his fellowship at Kerckhoff Klinik, Germany, where he specialised in interventional electrophysiology and complex cardiac device management.
• He was previously a consultant cardiologist at Changi General Hospital, visiting consultant at the National Heart Centre and clinical lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at the National University of Singapore.
• He is currently a visiting consultant at the National University Hospital and has vast experience in coronary angiography, electrophysiology studies and ablation.
• He is also a member of the Heart Rhythm Society and the Asian Pacific Heart Rhythm Society.
• Dr Chow is highly experienced in the implant of pacemakers and defibrillators, as well as cardiac resynchronisation therapy, both locally and internationally. An avid contributor to cardiology education and training, Dr Chow’s works are evident in cardiac journals and he is regularly invited to speak at international medical conferences.
