Experience
Dr Kok Wai Leong is a dermatologist at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore.
His specialty is in eczema, psoriasis, photodermatology and skin cancers. He is also experienced in treating adults and children in general dermatology, skin allergies, skin surgery, aesthetic and laser procedures, and in managing inpatient dermatological conditions.
Prior to joining private practice, Dr Kok was a visiting consultant at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Singapore General Hospital and the National Skin Centre. He also practised as a dermatologist and was the chairman of the dermatology medical board at the Singapore Armed Forces’ Military Medicine Institute.
He graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and is a fellow of the Academy of Medicine in dermatology.
He was a clinical tutor at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University.
Dr Kok has an interest in clinical research and his work has been presented in regional and international meetings. He has scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals, and is a reviewer for international journals.
He is a member of the Dermatological Society of Singapore, the Chapter of Dermatology, College of Physicians, Singapore, Asian Society of Pediatric Dermatology and American Academy of Dermatology.
