We seek your cooperation in following our visitor guidelines so all our patients get adequate rest and support throughout their recovery.
Visiting hours and guidelines
General Wards
Our visiting hours are from 8.00am – 8.00pm daily. Visitors are strictly not allowed outside of these hours to ensure the safety of our patients.
Visitor guidelines
Please note that each patient is allowed 2 visitors at any one time.
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and High Dependency Unit (HDU)
We have two visiting slots every day:
- 12.00pm – 2.00pm
- 5.30pm – 8.00pm
Visits to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) are from 8.00am – 8.00pm daily.
Visitor guidelines
Please note that:
- Only 1 visitor is allowed at any one time during visiting hours as ICU patients require ample rest.
- Children under the age of 12 are not encouraged to visit. However, our ward staff may be able to make an exception if the visitor is the patient's child or grandchild.
Our hospital locations
We are conveniently located next to Singapore Botanic Gardens and close to the Orchard Road shopping district. Our hospital is easily accessible by car and public transport, and via our 2 free shuttle services.

Guide dogs on hospital premises
Guide dogs are welcome on our premises to help our visually-impaired visitors and patients move around independently.
There are certain areas within our hospital that may be out of bounds to guide dogs. Please approach our staff for assistance or contact us for more information.
