*The urgent care prices listed in this column are inclusive of 9% GST. They exclude additional charges for investigations, procedures, consumables, or medications that may be required during your visit.
**Residents of Singapore aged 60 and older (born in the year 1965 or earlier) pay $60 for a consultation and prescribed medication (inclusive of 9% GST). Please note that subsidies, insurance or CHAS may not be used to cover part of this bill of $60.
Using your insurance for your visit
If you intend to claim eligible UCC charges from your personal accident plans, comprehensive hospitalisation plans or travel insurance:
- Speak to your insurance provider ahead of time to check if direct billing is possible. You may also contact our admissions counter or call +65 6473 7222 to check.
- Retain all records and receipts to support your claim.
- Ask your doctor to complete your claim form before your discharge if this is required by your insurance provider.
